A close family member was struggling with mobility challenges that made everyday life hard to manage alone. The appointments, daily coordination, and routines had become overwhelming, and things were quietly slipping. She was determined to stay independent, so my family stepped in building structure around her days, taking on the logistics, and giving her steady support so she could just focus on living.
With less weight on her shoulders, everything improved. She got her rhythm back, became more active, and felt like herself again.
We did all of this while working full-time and navigating a cross-country move. When I searched for a service that could provide this kind of practical support while preserving her independence, I realized it didn't exist—most services required giving independence up entirely.
That’s why I started EverThrive at Home.

With over 20 years in banking and financial services focused on relationship management and operations, my career was never just about managing details, it was about earning trust and anticipating what people needed before they even asked. Those same principles are the foundation of EverThrive at Home. Building genuine, lasting relationships isn't just an afterthought here; it’s the entire core of what we do.
A Texas native and proud Middle Tennessee resident, I’m grounded by my faith and my family. My wife and daughter are my daily reminder of what matters most: presence, purpose, and taking good care of the people around us. When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors, following local weather, and exploring Middle Tennessee with my family.
